Requirements:

Active state COTA license

Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred

Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and families
Responsibilities:

Implement therapy plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist

Assist students with fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development

Document therapy sessions and progress

Support classroom staff in promoting student participation
